The ease of use is amazing and it realy feels like a solid unit. I also felt I was being suckered into buying by a really good salesman but when I used my vacuum again after that I was convinced I was using an inferior machine. The Miele really lives up to it's name, it's well built and actually feels like a solid machine unlike other vacuums I've used. Anyhow, I do think Miele does make the best vacuum cleaners, they are like the BMW and Mercedes of vacuums.
